Bailey Memorial Library Have you dropped into the Bailey Memorial Library recently? If not, you may be missing a great Clarendon Community resource. The library started 19 years ago in the McCormick machine shop building and moved to the Clarendon Grange Community Center in 2000. At the Bailey Memorial Library, you will find both nonfiction and fiction books for adults and children, as well as books on tape, DVD and VHS movies, music CDs and material for young readers. Many of the best sellers from the New York Times Best Sellers list are available. There is no charge for a town resident to borrow from the library. Non-residents must pay a nominal fee. Hours: Monday 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Tuesday 11.00 am to 4:00 pm Wednesday 11:00 am to 4:00 pm Thursday 11:00 am to 7:00 pm Saturday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Closed Friday and Sunday Monthly book discussions are announced in advance. A coupon swap is held the 4th Thursday of each month from 7:00 to 8:30 pm. Need some computer time? Bailey Memorial Library can help! Computers are available for your use. Wireless access is also available. |
